The
Maquette for the sculpture, Hugging The World created
by Robert Davidson, is carved in yellow cedar
with copper inlay, and painted with acrylic. The monumental
sculpture, Hugging The World, was installed at the
Vancouver
International Airport in 1999 and is carved in red
cedar. It measures 40’ x 4’ x 1’ with the
Eagle and Raven’s heads positioned back to back
and measuring 10’ in length and 20” thick.

on a stand with a Black Granite base. Approximate
